I have two e-mail accounts. One was opened approx 3 months ago, One opened two days ago. The one opened 3 months ago does not have the tool bar within the compose mail function. ie: spell check, font size/color, copy/paste, etc.

The acct. opened two days ago has the tool bar. I uploaded the latest version of Enternet Explorer, cleared my cache,temp files etc. and I still do not have the tool bar.

Would love to know why I am having this problem and how to fix it.

I have not contacted customer service, I just logged in and found this "help" section.

It's an option within your account to turn that color/graphics toolbar on.

Click on 'options' on the right side of the page above your mailbox. Then go to 'general preferences.' There, under composing mail you'll find the option to change your settings from 'plain text' to 'color and graphics'

Switch to color and graphics and click save. The toolbar should then show up above the body part of the compose screen.
