why wont it work with IE??

I already checked it up with Markup Validation using validator.w3.org and i got the cleaned up and tidy HTML scanned by 'Tidy'. I put the tidy html in my html template box on blogspot layout setting, but they keep sending me an error report saying :

"We were unable to save your template

Please correct the error below, and submit your template again.

There should be one and only one skin in the template, and we found: 0"

I keep trying and trying but always errors!

I just want my website to look exactly the same or at least work both with IE and Mozilla.

And i am not kidding at all, so please dont give me response like this : "Call Bill Gates", just like the last time i asked a less detailed question like this.

Please give it a try from your computer and let me know if you know anything about the error and the mess up on IE.
