Need help troubleshooting a IE 6 problem runing on windows 2000. most of the pages i go to like msn.com and weather.com the entire pages turn into numbers and symbols like (??S ?dI? ???YY??z???Q?@rY????_???ι??桮f)?G?WO???... ????oU?s?Y??a?Tz?r???|?) with no background, text, pictures. I tried reinstalling ie 6, flash 9, check for virus and spyware, but nothing has resolved this problem.

Did you try other browser like netscape, firefox to see if it works perfect. Also remove your IE 6 completely and install a fresh one.
