Is there a way to change the configuration of IE so that it REFRESHES the previous page when I use the BACK button.

I always get the one stored in the cache.

The back button is BOGUS. It is not a reliable way to surf a changing WEB. You should be using the menu and other links to get to a page that you have visited before.

But give the requirements of the BACK BUTTON a break, it's doing exactly what it is supposed to do..... show you what you HAD.

Good Luck Report It |||Try going into Internet Options in Internet Explorer (Tools - Internet Options) Under browsing history click settings. Turn the disk space down to 0. This will not store any pages you visit. It should give you a fresh page each time.|||In 'tools / internet options / general / settings' change the "check for new version of stored pages" option to "every time"|||There is a setting under Tools > Options that allows you to set how often to check for new pages...check every visit to the page.
