Why won't the menu at http://www.paganhouse.ws display properly in IE?

Seeing as your menu is a simple div with some nested unordered lists, I would venture to guess the error is in your css. If you want us to have any chance of helping you, you'll need to post the relevant portion as we can't view an external included resource to your page.

I think the problem is here :

#menu li {

display: block;

}

IE might take that to mean that each <li> is a sub-block of each previous <li>.

Try taking that declaration out, or setting it to inline. You might want to play around with it a little to get it just right.

By the way, that would also explain the problem with the submenu not lining up correctly with the menu header. Check the #menu li ul li declaration as well.
