IE cannot open this website?

Well, I see I'm not alone....a lot of people are having problems today with IE not being able to open their mail. I tried to get around it via My Yahoo, Instant Messenger, all the links to it, but no luck. I've seen this happen before and sometimes it works after a few hours "down." So.....who knows. Anyone have an answer for what's up?
