IE 6.0 and Quick Tabs...?
How do I turn on the Quick Tabs option in IE 6.0? I ordered two computers - one for work, one for home. Identical model and options. But, the one I ordered form work has the quick tabs (and came with that option turned on). The one for home does not and I can't figure out how to turn it on.

If you don't want to download IE 7, then you won't have Quick Tabs. But some of your old software might not work with IE 7, so think about the upgrade before doing it. It's a short list of old software that won't work with IE 7, like older versions of QuickBooks.
Keep in mind that you can UNINSTALL IE 7 to get back to IE 6. Just use ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS from your Control Panel.
Use Windows Update to get all of the updates on these two new computers.

IE6 does not have tabs. IE7 does.
Go to windows update and download all the updates, which will include IE7 and install it.|||go to sstart, control panel internet options then on the first or general tab toward the bottom it lists tabs, and says "change how windows are displayed,from there you can customize how you want it to go, new window or new tab.
