I have IE 5.5 and i'm trying to download IE 6 sp 1 so I can use MSN. Every time i try to download it i get the error that says:

"Setup was unable to download the required components. Please make sure you are connected to the internet, or try to run Setup again later."

I have DSL and i've tried to download this a lot of different times, on different days...why won't it work?
