Does anybody know how to make windows live messenger not open up whenever you start your computer.

When it loads up go to "tools" at the top, then "options", then go to the "general" tab down the left hand side, then the first box that you can check/uncheck under "sign in" which says "Automatically run windows live messenger when i log on to windows". Uncheck that box and click "ok" click the cross of the windows live messenger, log off and log on again to check it works. Hope it works and that you understand what i mean
