pcc122 is correct but in addition to that.. that error usually occurs if your using a "work" computer or a computer that has administrator's access. If this is a work computer, you can contact your IT dept. for you to allow access.|||If you are using cyber cafe computer, there is nothing you can do but the only thing is to contact the receptionist so that he/she will know what to do
