Go from Tools>Internet Options> Security Tab

This will put it to the recommended levels of security.

Then tools, Internet options, advanced then click "restore advanced settings."

You are back to the way Microsoft recommends it.

Don't mess with the advanced settings other than the above unless you really know what you are doing!
