I'm possibly seeing Phantom of the Opera in London's West End in June. I've seen it on Broadway and loved it... anyone seen it in London?

My mother saw it in London and said that the acoustics were really bad. I think the place to see it in is now Las Vegas at the Venetian.

The acoustics for this particular show are important because the phantom's voice should echo off of the walls. When it doesn't a lot of the escapism is lost.

I also believe the theater and stage are smaller than the Broadway production's. Therefore, you should see another show while in London.

I recommend Les Miserables.
