i got two opera in my add and remove thing opera 9.20 and opera 9.21 the opera 9.20 dont have a add and remove button there for me to uninstall it..i want it gone dont know how it always say this C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\_is19\ ...do you guys know a uninstaller that will delete the opera 9.20 from my comp

I don't know how you installed Opera 9.21. Ideally, you shouldn't uninstall 9.20, you should just download and run the 9.21 installer. The installer then automatically runs the upgrade over 9.20 preserving your settings.

But now i would suggest that you delete everything Opera and start afresh by re-installing 9.21. However backup your bookmarks and wand passwords if you wish to.

Uninstall Opera 9.21 from add/remove control panel, and delete its folder from program files. Also go to start > run > type in %appdata% This will take you to the application data or the appdata\roaming folder if you're in vista. In here delete the entire Opera folder.

Also run chkdsk and sfc commands if the problem doesn't go away.

When you reinstall opera 9.21 do it with the MSI installer and not the classic one.

If all that doesn't help then try to use a registry cleaner application to clear dead entries from the registry.

Also you could use 'system restore' to restore your system to how it was before you upgraded to 9.21 and then Reinstall Opera 9.21
